The vanquished soldiers and executed civilians lay strewn about the countryside and a learned Fangshi Necromancer could influence the divine nature of things and bring the dead back to life. These undead servants are slow and brainless but incredibly difficult to put back down and in great numbers they become a worthy adversary.
